I think my role as a leader is to organise people, support the boys who are struggling and also lead by example. I personally think i have been dping these things, although I have come up against lots of challenges, I think I conquered them. My main challenge was communication as I have really small soft voice which not many people can hear or recognise as I am not the bossy type I usually follow orders and suggest things. My other challenge was my physical and social state not many people listen to me as I am considered a small little nerd who does not know much but I soon overcame that barrier and now they recognise me for who I really am.
Next time I am leader I will have courage to ask other boys for help and 'order' them around. I will also try to speak up more and not back down or follow orders all the time instead I should become more of a leader. I think my strengths as a leader are that I can help people become organised, support boys who struggling with any task, I lead by example and I also use my initiative if I see something that needs to be done I just do i I don't ask questions or ask for help. As I have already said before I have to imrove on my communication skills and become more natural while being leader of the group.
